Service Description

A Mothers Circle is a relaxing, compassionate, and nurturing space where you bring your baby and focus on you. A safe space to sit with other mothers and to reflect on where you are right now on your motherhood journey. Meet and talk with other mothers who understand the challenges you are facing because we all need a place to unpack what we’re going through without feeling judged. Many mums feel overwhelmed and worried. It can also be frustrating that you get so little done in a day – what happened to the control you once had – and that your baby needs you so much. Being at home with your baby can be lonely. No wonder so many of us feel frustrated, exhausted and guilty that we’re not enjoying every minute. It is hard to build the village you need at a time when you are already stretched to your limits. A Mothers Circle is a place to find the friendship and community we all need.
